We love our customers!
There is something special about putting together the right product with the right person. A synergy between human and equipment is established and great adventures result. Customers often come back to us and share their pictures and adventures with us.
Thank you!
But the most immediately gratifying thing for us is the customer smile that communicates to us that we are doing a great job.
Today we offer two of those faces...
A smile from Dad and a "I'm not so sure about this thing on my head" face.
New bikes and big smiles......
The happy bike fitter and happier Sam! (Cool bike jersey.... oh, and cool shorts)

The Memorial Day Road Races at Tanglewood are receiving a spectacular response. Matt, the race director, just stopped by The Shop wearing an ear to ear grin. He also sported the furrowed brow that characterizes every race director in the days leading up to the event. Sign up at http://www.memorialdaymarathon.com/ The link also includes race maps and other important race day info.....

We take product testing very seriously at The Shop. All of our products are put through a tough series of "Staff Interviews."
However, there are some products that need even more rigorous treatment.
This product is of this sort.
We test and test it again.
Let no one ever say that we are lying down on the job.
That would be Peter in a Hennessey Hammock.
He stayed in the hammock for almost a full two hours in order to prove to himself that this sleep system was uber-comfy.
He was not convinced after the two hours and was committed to enduring another hour within the confines of the pea-pod looking contraption. We thanked him for his offer of "taking one for the team."
But we were moving kayaks and we needed his considerable strength to complete the task.
Thank you Peter!
He eventually gave the Hennessey two thumbs up!
(Thanks Peter!)

It is an absolutely beautiful day today. Yeah, it may be a little humid, but I'll take this over the cold any day. If you ever get frustrated with this warm weather, just think back to the four month period when there was no sun and layers were necessity of life. Please enjoy a soulful tribute to our current season.

We missed her even though she was stopping at The Shop on a regular basis.
She has a touch for making fine espresso.
Her foamy latte rises above all other foam.
She is Ashley, The Queen of The Bean and we welcome her back!
As her loyal subjects, we pledge our undying gratitude for her generosity in supplying the object of our morning addiction.
Welcome back Ashley!
Oh.... and a welcome back to Frank!
