Where's Mink-O Part II

Thanks to Linda for your guess, but the Mink is not in California.  He is in a warm spot but on the east coast.  Mink might find himself in a "situation" where he will be pumping his fist very hard and fast.  If you listen very closely you will hear the sound of the ocean breeze, seagulls harassing tourists, and you might hear a musical legend singing in the background:

"For the ones who had a notion, a notion deep inside
That it ain't no sin to be glad you're alive.
I wanna find one face that ain't looking through me
I wanna find one place, I wanna spit in the face of these

Badlands..."
